Traces of Thermalization at RHIC

I argue that measurements of Au+Au collisions at 20, 130 and 200 GeV of the centrality dependence of the mean pt together with pt and net-charge fluctuations reflect the approach to local thermal equilibrium. PACS numbers: 25.75.Ld, 24.60.Ky, 24.60.-k
